This is an Azalea, which is a nursery term used for Rhododendron plants which have small to medium sized funnel-shaped flowers (usually broad) with 5-10 stamens, and leaves with hairs closely pressed to the surface. The evergreen azaleas are generally smaller than the deciduous ones.
Thanks for your sighting, but Naturemapr is about the "wild" or non garden, non pet life of a region. The interest in Rhododenrons is when and if they become naturalised. We are not really a site for having garden plantings identified, but we would be interested for example on pest invertebrates that may be attaching the azalea leaves.
